Why it’s important to speak up in conversations
Speaking up is about letting people know where you stand when having difficult conversations. It involves being comfortable with the conflicts that may arise when being the champion of an idea or course of action. It’s meeting tough situations head-on to constructively resolve them. Speaking up does not mean you are not afraid. It means you overcome the fear of doing what is right.
